Why the safety valve is opened in the operation of screw air compressor, how to deal with it?

1. Fault symptom. Air compressor safety valve operation.
2. Cause analysis.
(1) The system pressure is too high, exceeding 0.8mpa
(2) The safety valve is not set;
(3) The air compressor exit door is not opened;
(4) Spring type safety valve spring failure or insufficient elasticity.
3. Elimination methods
(1) If normal. Natural recovery after pressure reduction;
(2) readjustment;
(3) Check and open the exit door;
(4) Repair or replace the safety valve.
